This site is under development but this is the page where the news will go. The latest news is you will see a logo at the bottom of the page - one to my site (Mike10613) and a Turnor Family logo - you can click to go back to the Home Page in case you get lost! My plans for a amateur webmaster community have been helped by doing this site. For example I now know if you're doing a site - the site needs to be finished before you put the adsense on - because you only have 180 days to make $100 - so that your referrer gets S100 too! I shall revise my advice in the future.

The bots are coming!

The logo for this site is now on mine and I get loads of bots from search engines - so the bots will be visiting the site soon - Google before I finish the update probably!  So you'll be able to type Turnorfamily in to Google, Yahoo, Msn, AOL, or any search engine and find this site. The Turnor family will be (in) famous! lol

Video adverts

Video adverts are coming to Google soon and even sound adverts like you get on the radio! That could interfere with music and video on pages! But, I shall put a banner advert on this page - at the bottom. However, somewhere a rectangular advert has to go in readiness for the video adverts that may do better. Hopefully they will go at the top of the page somewhere.

Webmaster community.

I've done a profile of the sort of computer nerds I expect to join our webmaster community. Just to give you some idea of what to expect and the sort of new friends you might make - I sorted out a few pictures:

I suppose we have to expect kids will want to join and geeks and nerds of all descriptions; even Harry Potter fans. The sites will be experimental and so expect a few accidents and disasters to begin with:

So if you're not a nerd or a geek or have something against us - maybe this isn't something you should join!
